Delivery within two days,well before the estimated date. Good quality. Purchased this because I have arthritis. My husband is testing at the moment and he has reported: Very comfortable;no overheating as yet - seasons will tell; hugs you in the places it should! A weeks good night's sleep. I shall test later also and at the moment looks promising that I shall order another mattress. Overall very pleased so far. Yes there is a slight manufactured smell but it is not obnoxious, and is reducing somewhat after airing every day for only a week. Good instructions including in the package. After using for four months, the previous comments stand. The mattress has retained its shape, i.e. no sagging. Delivery was excellent and it was well packaged and easy to transport to my bedroom. I was worried there might be a smell from the memory foam but I was pleasantly surprised there was completely no odour at all that I could detect. I laid it out for 24 hours as instructed for it to acclimatise and expand. It's honestly been a game changer for myself as I have so much more energy and feel so refreshed when I wake up. Being foam that's rolled up it makes delivery and moving it much easier. It has a slight 'new smell' for the first few days, but its comfortable for me lying on my side, its quite warm which is nice, but not at all sweaty even on the hottest days of the year.
