Arrived promptly. It was easy to put together, seems to be a strong pole and cleans my floors well. Only negative is it’s a bit shorter than my old one. On the plus side it has a spare mop head.

Great Mop, cleaned my floor nicely👌 it's also the perfect height for me, I'm 5ft 1in. I also found everything screwed together well, and it didn't come undone whilst I was mopping. I've yet to see if it rusts at the bottom like my old vileda Telescopic mop did, but I'd had it a very long time. I thought at first that it was a bit expensive, but as you get two heads I'll get a year out it at least.

Good idea, now if just the 3 part handel was available, the middle part could be used to make the handle longer, and when the mop attachment rusts away theres the spare bottom part. So come on please supply the handle on its own Otherwise its a good mop But as iv said its a pity the handle rusts

Bought as needed a replacement handle and the old one had broken. Handle came in 3 parts which fit together easily. Will have to see if they stay together when I wring the mop out. The mop heads which wouldn't lock on my old mop handle fit this perfectly.

Yes item is great but your driver was unprofessional never ring the buzzer just dumped outside front door took picture.walked off good job went to check the front door seen my parcels where left outside front door anyone could walk round front took it would mind door buzzer right in front to say parcel has arrived not very good delivery service very disappointing too lazy to ring door buzzer thanks lot for not pressing door bell not at all happy delivery driver

Mop still good, but handle shorter than they used to be.
