Definitely Recommend!
After researching many cloud storage options, I purchased this product after seeing other great reviews. I've had the cloud storage connected for many months now and have had no issues whatsoever. It was easy to install and I can easily access the recordings through the MIPC app. I would definitely recommend this product. The picture quality, both day and nighttime, is clear. Great price for a great product. In addition, the customer support team is extremely helpful should you have any issues with the setup or questions in general.

Day or night, we can see whatโs going on
We love our Ebitcam cloud box. It works great with other camera brands, was easy to hook up, and customer service was easy to reach and helped me with a question. I love being able to select and view any video from anywhere. The motion detection is quite good and records when our timed lights come on in the house or when a bird flies by an outside camera as well as rain/snow or someone in the driveway.

Updated 6/4/21 After purchasing a usb mouse I havenโt had many issues besides restarts randomly sometimes. For anyone wanting to know you can arrange the cameras to whatever box/channel you want. Once your cam is connected to the box, cycle through the pages to find the cam, right click, click on the โdโ icon. Go to the empty box you want that cam to appear on right click hit โsโ. Itโs basically copy and paste. I may have the letters backwards. Try it and you will see. I changed my 1 star to a 4 star cause the issues I had in the past I no longer have and the product is still working fine. Updated: 2/16/20 Iโve had this product about 4 months, I just bought newer updated cameras and noticed the mouse input has stopped working. Iโve tried several different mice. The mouse usb input seems to have burned out. Any usb dongle Iโve put in from different mice gets really hot, really fast. I tried contacting support via 2 different emails provided about the 1 year warranty and have found that they will not respond back. The last review I wrote they were swift to reply. Now that there is a hardware issue with their product Iโm being ignored. This product is now useless after 4 months because I canโt add additional cameras or even access the menu since the usb for the mouse has stopped working. Also seems there is no 1 year warranty either since all my recent emails have been ignored. I can no longer recommend this product. 11/7/19 Tech support has helped solve a few issues swiftly. I have 7 cameras of various listed brands that all work within the app and via box/monitor (which displays real time viewing of all cameras at once), 5 stars. 1 week after purchase.

Garbage as shipped, can be OK if modified (which probably voids your warranty)
Worked great for about three months, then showed "no hard drive detected." The root cause appears to be excessive heat as the unit contains a 3.5" Seagate 1TB mechanical hard drive that gets hot enough to fry eggs on, yet no cooling fan of any kind. There is actually a spot in the case for a cooling fan, but the manufacturer was apparently too cheap to add one. The unit is technically under warranty, but 1) I don't want to send a hard drive with surveillance videos from my house that could be recovered by a data recovery service back to the manufacturer and 2) I suspect that the replacement unit will have the same issue unless you run it inside a freezer. I replaced the Seagate drive with a Samsung Evo 850 solid state drive (which doesn't get hot at all) and it's working again. SSDs aren't really designed for constant video recording so I'll see how it does long-term. If it fails prematurely, I'll probably put in a 2.5" mechanical hard drive and some sort of fan/cooling solution.

Good sense of security.
I have had this cloud box for a few months now and so far so good. I currently have 5 cameras streaming to it and plan to add a few more. Hook up was easy: plug the box into the power outlet, plug the Ethernet cable into the cloud box and into the back of my Wi-Fi receiver, go to MIPC app and "add device", then I had to go into each of the cameras I already had setup in the MIPC app and add the cloud box as their "storage device". Done ! This has allowed me to view my property from anywhere. When a package is deliver I can go back and find out exactly when and of it has been stolen (thankfully this has never happened to me) I can find out by who! With this box I feel safer in leaving my property, as a single mother this is important to me.

The little cloud box that cant record your internet cameras
This product is sold as a cloud box but it is NOT, and is unable to connect to the internet to record a camera? Forget about off site storage it can only recognize locally connected cameras? Waiting for support they finally got back to me not answering any technical questions of how to get the little (cloud box that cant) to work but only recommended a cloud service subscription? Really!

1TB cloud box is out of stock for almost a year!??? why? will it ever be available again? 03/2022
I have two 1TB Ebitcam cloud boxes installed, have had some issues but after a few months of tedious learning curve, the system is working great now. Problem is, I have 22 Cams installed at a preschool, and the clouds support only 8 channels each. so I need a third box!!! and they have been out of stock for a long time... Customer service is not responding.??? Does anyone know where I can purchase a third, Ebitcam 1 TB cloud? Please Help. Ed.

Easy to setup multi camera recording.
The cloud storage Box works well for me. I have 15 cameras in and around my home. Out of the 15 I have 6 cameras recording on the Cloud Storage Box. These are cameras that are outside and are connected to the Cloud Storage Box wirelessly. I wanted to be able to capture the video data and be able to retrieve it if someone took the camera. My other cameras record to the micro SD in each camera. I have also setup a VGA computer monitor using the VGA output on the Cloud Storage Box that displays the cameras live. I do believe I could have more cameras setup to record on the Cloud Storage Box but my internet speed will not allow it. I only have 100 mb download and 25 mb upload speed.

6 months of flawless duty
This storage box has been working continuously for six months now with no issues. I have 4 cameras hooked up.

It says "no hard disk detected"
Maybe they sent dropped and damaged item. some small piece is rolling in side and it says "no hard disk is detected". It shows 4 divided channels but cannot enlarge each-Poor interface-and is saying "no hard disk" while it installed 2 TB HDD.

Easy to set up and good for saving the recorded files instead of micro sd card on camera just incase of lost camera. quality and look good .well made.

Do Not Buy This!!!
The cloud box is not supported locally only in Asia. I can say the painful emails that I had to endure very unhelpful. They are not sophisticated enough to support or direct you. (language not English) You will not have a proper warranty and they will refuse to replace the device.
