As a result, I am usually deficient when I get blood tests. Rheumatologists have diagnosed me with fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis and have recommended Vitamin D3 due to deficiency, but also because it helps with fibromyalgia symptoms. I have found, when I am running low and I take this supplement, it definitely helps decrease the pain. I like how inexpensive it is, too. I recently tried a different Vitamin D3 supplement because it claimed to be more bioavailable but, within days, I felt horrible body pain. I realized that the thing that changed was the D3 supplement. I still had some tablets left of this supplement and started taking it. Within a day, the pain decreased again.
