Only had them a day so far but -- I have headlights again!! The 20 year old BMW headlights with their melted lenses barely cast a glow at night -- and these new headlights make nighttime driving a new experience again. Easier to install than I thought -- the fit perfectly. I have NOT yet soldered the "halo" lights - that will be a longer process; yesterday I just wanted lights installed. Very happy.

These lights are an exact fit for our 1996 BMW Z3 Roadster. Is there such thing a to bright 🌞 Unbelievable top quality with "EXTERNALLY" bright lights. The daytime running halos 😇 look absolutely amazing. They look 💯 % better then factory!

This went on our '99 Z3, and it doesn't seem to be specifically designed for that car, despite the listing saying otherwise. I wired the halo's directly to our fog lights rather than run all-new wires to the dash or similar. There's a separate running-type small bulb that doesn't go to anything, kind of like a separate parking light or something. I didn't wire that at all. My wife followed me in the daylight with just the halo's on and I couldn't even see them from 100' in front of her. They fit the car well, though, and look awesome compared to our old, fogged lenses. Not happy with the price considering the install challenges and functionality. Probably only deserves 3 stars, but I'll give it 4 because they look good on the car, even when shut off.

This is actually the second set that I have purchased, I own a couple different Z3 vehicles and the last set of the headlights that I purchased nearly 5 years ago are still going strong with no issues and the same bulbs that came with it. The instructions are very clear and it takes less than 30 mins to install.

The small bulb is for Euro spec vehicles. In Germany, due to many unlit streets, there is a setting on the light switch that turns on small low power bulbs on, on the street side of parked cars, so they are noticed in the darkness.

The high beam light had a big gap on the bottom that cannot be adjusted.
