Does this genuinely have rfid blocking?

No. Tested with a Flipper zero, can clearly read RFID enabled cards even in the middle of the wallet, with no trouble. In fact, the outer pocket that would be useful for an RFID card to use on door entry and whatnot is complicated by the fact that the cards inside the wallet interfere with the one outside, leading to some difficulty reading the outside one when there are RFID cards inside, but not when those have been removed. Still a good value for money, but, if you were counting on the RFID capability, you'll need to augment with other products or go elsewhere.

Due to composite material found within it's ingredients, I would firmly suggest against it.

What is the width of the card slots? Will it hold a laminated card that is 3.70 inches wide?

I gave it as a gift so I’m not positive if anything larger than a credit card would fit. I can tell you that it is well made and is a nice looking wallet.

They show a picture of what fits inside and they show keys but I don't see where they are supposed to go like round metal hooks?

There is no ring for keys there is two small slots for sd card and a coin slot that could fit a key. But i would not but a key in it.
