What is the per centage of peroxide

Hydrogen Peroxide 9.5%. Compare to 10% for {Professional Effects, Vivid, 1 Hour Express}; total amount of peroxide on each strip also matters.

Can you drink coffee while doing this? Or do you have to give up the yummy caffeine?

I'm afraid it's a bad idea to drink coffee while using the whitestrips. I for instance only use them once a week, but as I can't and don't want to give up coffee, I always brush my teeth right after I've had my last sip (literally!).

This is very individual dependent, but my wife and I did these prior to our wedding and I never went over the recommended time, whereas my wife would routinely go 20 min over. I never had any pain or discomfort; she would frequently mention sensitivity to hot/cold food. That said, her teeth sensitivity went away a week after finishing them.

Must I use all of the pouches in order to see results? Or may I use a few and share the rest with someone else?

I saw results in my teeth after 3 days and even more after a week. If you're happy with your results after a week then you could definitely share.
