I am working on a project and need "white water" that won't separate.** A: Yes, if I remember correctly, it was a cloudy white. I hope that helps. **Q: Can this product be used to add to colors to creat pastel?** A: No. **Q: Will this be harmful to black? The top of the dress is white that has yellowed and the bottom of the dress is black.** A: I would soak the top of the dress in the Rit powder (in a small tub) keeping it away from the black portion of the dress. Rinse the Rit out and then wash as usual.
