Duck makes a nice treat. Have bought these a few times and they do not disappoint.

I often buy this, better value than buying smaller duck pieces. I make my own Chinese duck in oyster sauce, delicious.

If it looks like a duck, and it sounds like a duck, then it's gressingham duck fillets.

This was my first time cooking duck. It was very tasty. I will definitely purchase again.

I was very excited about buying these duck breasts, as my intention was to make an Asian inspired dish with them. I normally purchase duck legs, but I have on occasion, purchased duck breasts in the past and they have always been a good size. When you take into consideration how much they can shrink during the cooking process, it is always preferred (but not expected) for them to be a bit on the larger side. This was not the case with these, however. The two that I got were woefully smaller than expected, so much so, that it would seem that one breast was unevenly cleaved in twane, to achieve the "two breasts". I am rather disappointed in Amazon, but even more so in Gresingham as they're renowned for their quality and decent portion sizes. I'm hoping that this was an unfortunate case of happenstance and if I were to order this item again in the future, I won't regret my purchase. Amazon were kind enough to refund my purchase - thank you. I have yet to open the packet, so cannot attest to the freshness, but I will update my review should the need arise.

We had these for a snack in the evening with a Mediterranean stir fry. The flavour of the duck was amazing
