Is the blade on this knife full flat ground or is it hollow ground as shown here? Seems to be two different models.

What can I say to allay the fears you have concerning the difference between what you see and what you might get.Check the Spyderco.com site for what versions of the Manix 2 Spyderco makes or has made.This particular vendor indicates the Manix 2 they are selling is hollow ground and is made with CPM 54 stainless.When I bought my Manix 2 last May or June, the vendor indicated the knife I was buying was a hollow ground and was made with CPM S30V stainless.From the literature I had previously checked out, Spyderco's new version of the Manix 2 was made with a full taper blade profile.The one you are looking at here indicates the blade profile is hollow ground and that it is made of CPM54 stainless.So, does it check out: does or did Spyderco make the version of Manix 2 advertised here? If so, you could contact the vendor to check a little closer, or you can just rely on the fact that the vendor is obligated to provide you what it says it is selling.Is this vendor being truthful? That's the question. I think the answer lies there. Ask the vendor. Ask Amazon for a contact number. Turn another stone.
