This laminator is so easy to use, pretty much plug n play.. It works great, much better than my previous laminator, I am so excited to have it, I can use it for all of my sons school stuff, & for our small business. We purchased the 3 mil, laminator pouches, It works for hot or cold laminating. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT.. I could not be happier with the purchase, as far as the price goes, you get what you pay for... This is much better than the cheap one I previously owned.. I noticed that immediately.. Also the cord nicely wraps around the bottom of the machine, for easy storage, slides right back into the box, without cords going everywhere. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product - doesn't come with laminate included *by J***L on October 24, 2018* This is laminator is great! From what I can see online, most other laminators do not come with laminate either, but I was assuming it would include them. Once on, I was able to laminate several pieces. A few hours later, I was unable to get it turned back on. I see that another customer had this exact issue, and posted it on the same day I received mine and had trouble. I have sent the seller a message, and will update this review, once I hear from them.
