No not carbonated. But do make a "pop" when first opened.

I dont understand how it is keto when it says 16 carbs/1 fiber for the mocha - please explain. i am anxious to try these; however, please clarify?

Not all carbs are created equal, and we have two forms of carbohydrates that have significantly less than 4cal per! We use a real rate sugar called allulose that has 1/10 of the calories, and a chicory root fiber that has less than other carbs as well! I hope this helps provide some clarification. Many people on a keto diet count "net carbs", which is total carbs minus fiber and in our case, minus allulose as well. Insoluble fiber and allulose aren't "counted" in the carbohydrate total, because it's not digested or absorbed by the body! Our chocolate milks have 1-4g net carbs.

Probably because it has whey protein, but that't not a bad carb. And there's no sugar!

I LOVE Slate protein shakes. The macros can’t be beat. Iv tried the vanilla, chocolate and dark chocolate. They are all delicious but dark chocolate takes the cake for me. It taste good in its own but Iv been adding in so peppermint oil from Wholefoods and putting it in a cute glass. A million times better that protein powder!
