I bought this brand of Panko breadcrumbs vs my usual Kikkoman box for the first time. I prefer this brand. The breadcrumbs do not joy stick together. The texture is finer. I get the benefit of whole wheat, without much of a taste difference. I highly recommend this product for versatile cooking. I used it last night to coat the outside of cauliflower, and baked it in the oven for 15 minutes to reach a golden brown.

The individual crumbs could be a little smaller so they adhere better to the meat. Or, you could create a fine breadcrumb the consistency of regular bread crumbs only using whole wheat for those of us who need to eat only whole grains.
