Very sturdy enclosure. Performs as advertised. CAUTION! Verifiy which type of interface your system requires. If you are planning on using a SSD drive, make sure your system supports M2 NVME SLOT M DEVICES. On the other hand, if your system is SATA based, you will need an enclosure for SATA SLOT B DEVICES. And yes, it is crucial that system and device types match.....

I am very happy with this enclosure. I used it for a while on a server as an external backup drive. The fan comes on in rather short bursts and keeps the temperature of of the drive at 49C. I can definitely recommend this enclosure.

Works as it should, but if you use a 2230 drive it does not have a hold down pin. The larger drives have a hold down pins and hole. The 2230 just fits in by the friction of the data slot. We will see if it the drive comes loose with use. I will be totally bummed if the drive comes loose during use.

Great product. Easy to use, good speed,and very good build quality,Fan was extremely silent. One small issue in thermal pad. It's quality feels a bit low & it kept shifting while placing the SSD inside the case, which made the fitting slightly dificult. Apart from that,the enclosure is excellent and the worth the price.
