As for architectual tools i wouldn't have a ton to compare too. But i love this whole kit. The stencils are thicker than the flimsy ones i purchased at hobby store, i actually love to use them for lining. The compass is very sturdy and the pens are awesome. All in all if its nicpro i believe your getting quality and value. Love all my sets.
