I really like these headphones. The sound quality from both the speakers and the microphone is crystal clear. Even when I'm in the same room with others having conversations, people on the phone can't hear them, thanks to the three microphones contributing to the noise cancellation. Although people can hear my dog barking in the background, I would have been very impressed if that didn't make it through. I spend 3-4 hours per day on Teams conference calls and use the Teams version of these headphones. I've had headphones with mute buttons before, but none that integrated with Teams. This integration allows me to walk away from my PC while on mute and quickly unmute myself by lowering the microphone boom.

Absolutely brilliant, easy to use and great sound quality for teams meetings and calls. I’ve used various headsets for voice recognition over the last 15 years and these are definitely the best.

I don't have any other professional head phones so I thought I'd give this a try. I do a lot of phone calls for work and often work from home. Sound quality is great for what I use it for, unless the other line has a weak connection or they're aren't speaking clearly, I can hear the other person perfectly. I have kids that come in and out of my work area at home and a dog that barks at the air, sometimes I'm in and out to our living room while on a call and TV is on and the kiddos are talking or making some noise, I had several people tell me they couldn't hear the background noise. I also confirmed it with my manager while my dog was barking loudly and she couldn't hear the background. The earpads are comfortable and the headset itself doesn't feel tight and is lightweight. I have it on for a long period of time and my head or ears do not hurt. I've used it max 2 days in a row for phone calls and battery is still great. Overall, I think these headsets are great for what I need.

I have been trying to find a decent set of bluetooth headphones for WFH. I wasted so much time on the cheaper sets, I wish I had just gone for these from, the start. My main concern wass if they would work with Ring central software and they performed flawlessly from the moment I powered them on. Highly recommended.

What a great set up headphones for the daily life of a contact centre. The auto mute feature when you raise and lower the arm on teams has been a wonderful treat while I’ve been in training on teams meetings daily.
