So I heard these are the probiotics of the biotics from doctor axe and he's on YouTube, he talks highly of this product.In particular , because a lot of times are stomach gets off balance , and there's really nothing that can put it on balance except for a ton of different types of products you're microbiome , this helps with that , and I notice the difference when I started taking it. It's a small capsule, easy to swallow.No bad smell, no bad taste.It works great, but of course with any.Type of product.It takes a little bit of time to kick in , like a week or two
