Is the butane lighter hotter than the fluid one?

No, this insert burns about the same hotness as a traditional fluid in my experience. If you want a hotter flame, the butane torch insert burns much much hotter. This flame works and feels like a traditional bic.

Is this item returnable?

Yes, you have 30 days to try it, but I don't think you'll be disappointed

Will this fit inside a Zippo armor lighter case?

Hello! The Zippo yellow flame insert will fit an armor Zippo lighter case. Unfortunately, the torch inserts may not.

Is the new yellow flame butane Zippo insert also windproof like the standard Zippo inserts?

Hello! The Zippo yellow flame insert is not windproof like our regular famous Zippo Windproof lighter.
