I am writing this review after using this remote for almost one month. When I was planning to buy a replacement remote, I was in a dilemma whether to purchase this one or go for the original Samsung remote, which costs around ₹5,000. I had already experienced the original remote failing just one year after purchasing my TV, so spending that much again didn't seem worthwhile. Since this remote costs only about one-tenth of the original, I decided to take a chance. When the product arrived, I looked for a user manual or pairing instructions but couldn't find any. The only thing in the box was a feedback card with a QR code and some information about the startup. Finally, I simply pressed the power button to see what would happen—and to my surprise, the TV turned on instantly without any pairing. Every function worked perfectly right out of the box. All the buttons responded smoothly, with no lag or delay. The remote also comes with a six-month warranty, which adds to the confidence in the product. I was so impressed that I wanted to write a review immediately, but I decided to use it for a few weeks before sharing my experience. Now, after almost one month of regular use, I can confidently say that I am extremely happy with this purchase. The remote has been working flawlessly. I truly appreciate startups like this that offer high-quality, affordable alternatives to expensive original products. I have an old Panasonic TV in a spare room. The remote broke so I just got on Amazon and looked up model. Worked perfectly once I put in batteries. No programming even needed. So happy cause remote is the only way to work the tv. Definitely recommend.

This remote works great, and does not need programmed it just needs batteries and it's ready to use. Had one that came with the tv about 5 yrs ago that quit working. The new one seems like a perfect replacement.
