Great product saved my life.I have not slept this well in years.It also help with leg cramps most people who are type 2 diabetic are on metformin which depletes magnesium levels and over time could affect your health permanently best choice I have ever made.

I have been using another brand of Magnesium Glycinate for over a year to try to help me sleep better and for leg cramps. It helped the cramping but not the sleep. I started taking the Luma Magnesium Glycinate 4 days ago . The first night I slept all night and only woke up 1 time. I figured it was a coincidence, but ever since I have been taking this I have slept through the night ! It’s amazing . I highly recommend this for sleep support and muscle health .
