Best proofing baskets
These are my absolute favorite! I buy liners for them as well, but I have the braided baskets that I don’t even use anymore. Great quality and my bread looks so pretty when it gets done rising.

Very Pleased With These
These work very well with just an even dusting with rice flour. The dough rolls out nicely, they wash easily and collapse to store flat and take up very little room.

My go to sourdough bread pan!
These are great for baking sourdough bread! The silicon material doesn’t stick, and it’s so easy to just turn over the loaf and pop them out! I wish I would have tried them sooner, they are amazing and so easy to use, I’d love to give them 10 stars!! Very reasonably priced to here on Amazon too.

Sourdough adventure!
This was exactly what I was looking for to proof my bread. The size works well and it is easy to clean up. I do not have to worry about mold, which was a concern with the other banneton baskets. Once I use it, I wash it and dry it. I love that it folds down and does not take up too much room. I do use rice flour before I place my dough into the basket to prevent the dough from sticking. It does hold the shape of the dough. It releases just fine after overnight proofing in the fridge. It is a great value and I love the blue color!

They Don't work for average sized loaves
Unless you are working with gigantic loaves, they don't maintain the structural integrity of the dough.
