Nice – feels like a serum but looks like mascara. Easy to apply with good longevity. The brush is nice and thin, which is great if you have short or fine lashes as it helps catch everything. It’s actually a primer, but I use it on its own as a mascara and it works really well. It also lasts a long time and doesn’t develop that odd smell some mascaras get after being open a while. Works well for me even with blepharitis, so would say it’s ok for sensitive eyes but always test a little bit first. The colour pigment is nice and dark. Really makes your eyes pop. It’s also easy to remove with make up remover and doesn’t leave you with terrible panda eyes the next morning (if you take it off or not still no shiners)

I ordered the burgundy mascara, the colour is great and prefer this to my usual black mascara. This coats the lashes well without clumping, doesn’t smudge during wearing and removes easily with my oil based remover. Will order this again

Got this on a recommendation of a friend, they use the black version, I bought the purple one, because I have hazel and to bring out the green.It is a really, really lovely mascara.The wand is really nice, it's flexible, it stays way more liquidity than clumpy, which it means it's easy to put on, so you'd have to heated up.My only wish is that it was slightly more vivid , not a true purple , but slightly more powerful than it is , because if you have dark lashes , the purple doesn't show up as well

It does make blue eyes pop! Definitely lengthen your eyelashes. Not clumping at all.

I have been consistently ordering this mascara now since it blew up on social media a couple of years ago and I'm still yet to find a match for both affordability and quality. I was nervous the first time I opened the burgundy shade as it does look VERY burgundy, however once applied to the lashes the colour difference is so subtle and not an obvious "omg she's wearing red mascara". My blue eyes are definitely more enhanced by this colour and it is now the go to shade I purchase. I apply mascara probably around 5x per week and I would say I go through around one tube every 6 months, so definite value for money. I also love the way this mascara removes, it is a tubing mascara - meaning when you wash your face it doesn't come off in watery streaks all down your face, it rubs off into small balls of product that easily wipe away. When the product is opened, for the first few uses I do find that there is a lot of product on the wand which can overload the lashes, but perhaps that is down to my personal preference as I do generally go for a more natural look.

This is such great mascara, and a really effective colour. It def works well with green or grey eyes. It goes on well, hasn't smudged and cleans off easily. It's quickly become a major item in my make-up kit.

the waterproof version of this was my favourite mascara of all time, coming from someone with straight lashes that won’t stage up.. this held them up all day. now i’m guessing it’s been reformulated since as soon as i apply it my lashes drop almost immediately. so sad since this was my no.1!!!

Good quality mascara in an unusual colour - very dark green. You can't really tell it's green once it's applied, but it's a softer look than wearing black mascara. I bought this as the last mascara I got (which was much cheaper) irritated my eyes. The Maybelline mascara is comfortable to wear and stays on well. I am wondering how long the bottle will last, as the last couple of brush applications didn't seem to be as well-loaded, but hopefully it will keep going for long enough to be good value.
