Not buying this for the gym gains tbh. I just don't always manage to get enough protein in from food, especially on busy days or when I'm not in the mood to cook properly. One scoop with water or milk and that's a decent chunk of my daily protein sorted in about 30 seconds. Taste is genuinely good, not that chalky overly sweet thing you get with cheaper brands. Mixes easily in a shaker, no clumps stuck at the bottom, no weird residue. Optimum Nutrition has been around forever for a reason - consistent quality, does what it says on the tub. Price per serving is fair when you work it out. Would recommend even if you're not a gym person, just as a convenient way to hit your protein when food isn't happening.

This is my third purchase of the product. I've been using this protein for several months and am very happy with it. It is a good quality protein which provides a higher than average amount of protein per serving whilst being low in fat and sugar, something that is important to people with diabetes, like me. Since March I've been on a high protein, calorie controlled diet and have lost almost 3 stones, and this product helped me a lot, though this is NOT a weight loss product. It is a product that makes it much easier for me to achieve my daily protein goals, amongst other things. It has no particular smell and mixes well with water; there is no lumpiness or powdery taste, though the consistency is bit too watery and thus, to me, it tastes a bit bland. I assume that with milk, it would taste creamier, but I never tried it. Since I am on this diet and in order to ensure I consume the nutrients that I need, I add frozen spinach, carrots, fresh fruits and some nuts and seeds to my shake. It tastes much better than on its own. I split it in half and consume it for breakfast and in the evening. On occasion, when I know that I will go swimming, I also add creatine and it is amazing how easier my swim and post swim recovery are when I consume this shake. I have used different protein shakes in the past, but this one is by far the best I tried, in terms of effectiveness and how it makes me feel, it is a good value for money and I intend to stick with it.

Great product, mixes well in the blender with frozen fruit and skimmed milk, high protein breakfast shake.

Great flavour and value but please add more flavours and sizes as I want to try other flavours but I don't want to spend £30 on something that has 30 or so servings that I will throw away and wast any money if I don't like it thats why 10 severing is needed so we can try them, thats why only 4 stars

This is the best whey protein, good taste, easy to mix with anything. My favourite flavours are vanilla ice cream and delicious strawberry.

Great taste and easy to mix, no funny smell! The protein level is good too! My go to for that extra protein to hit my goal!

This is the first time buying this and I probably will not again because it taste so bad, its smells like chocolate but the taste is bitter. I usually get USN Anabolic muscle fuel which actaully taste like milkshake and gives you gains, its not a Whey protein thats why I changed up so unless this whey gives some serious gains im going back to USN

Husband loves adding this to his porridge in the mornings - so much healthier than Nutella! Mixes well.

La whey se mélange bien dans de l'eau mais je tiens à préciser que je possède un shaker avec une petite boule à l'intérieur pour bien mélanger. Concernant le goût, je trouve que la saveur chocolat/noisettes va parfaitement avec de l'eau tiède/chaude, ça ressemble un peu à un cacao. La première fois j'avais mis trop d'eau et de l'eau froide et je n'ai vraiment pas aimé... Pour la quantité d'eau, je respecte à peu pres ce qui est indiqué, cela correspond à peu près à un verre basique Ikea. Pour la whey je mets uniquement une dose.

Le proteine in polvere che ho provato sono eccezionali. Hanno un gusto delizioso, si mescolano facilmente con acqua o latte senza grumi, e sono perfette per il post-allenamento. Ho notato un miglioramento significativo nella mia crescita muscolare e nel recupero. Inoltre, sono facilmente digeribili e non causano gonfiore. Consiglio vivamente queste proteine a chiunque cerchi un prodotto di alta qualità per integrare la propria dieta e migliorare le proprie prestazioni in palestra.
