Es wird auf der Verpackung damit geworben, dass das Kabel auch für den Edge-Controller passt und offiziell von Sony lizensiert wurde. Ersteres ist definitiv nicht der Fall und bei letzterem habe ich daher meine Zweifel. Von daher ganz klar Finger weg.

Turns out I needed sleep more than a cable
I bought this mainly because it was PlayStation branded and I desperately needed a longer cable. In my exhausted state I saw the 3 metre length and immediately hit buy without using the one functioning brain cell required to notice it was USB-C to USB-C. Unfortunately that means it won’t plug directly into my PS5 the way I needed it to, so that part is entirely on me. The cable itself actually seems really solid though. Feels good quality, the length is fantastic, and it should work perfectly fine for compatible devices like the DualSense Edge or other USB-C setups. So while I can’t really blame the product for my late-night shopping failure, it’s definitely taught me not to buy tech accessories while half asleep and running on fumes.
