Review: Fantastic purchase. - Unsure what the difference is between this and its higher price twin, I own both and can't tell a difference. Makes cooking quick and easy, heats up skillets far faster than the gas stove does. I had a large excess computer bag which I use as the carrying a carrying case. The main purpose of the gas stove is now for emergency backup. Cast iron works great on it as does cast steel. Pots for induction tops are far more common than they use to be.
Review: This is a nice induction cooker. - The Nuwave Pro Chef is my first introduction using induction cooking. I have used it a few dozen times now. I like the precise temperature control, and 3 wattage outputs. It is very easy and fast to clean after cooking. Some complain about the loud cooling fan when cooking. I can hear the fan, but it is not that bad at all. I am getting ready to order a mid size induction compatible (old school) coffee percolator to use this winter on cold mornings. Using induction to slow percolate the coffee, and then lower the temperature to use the induction as a warmer. Keep it fun! I do recommend the Pro Chef.

this is the coolest cooking tool ever! the pan heats up so quickly! and the temp control is amazing! i bought this for van life. it's extremely convenient to use for meal prep. There's even watt control to use up less energy. Amazing product!
