Excellente liqueur au café ! La Kahlúa a une très bonne consistance, onctueuse sans être trop épaisse, avec un goût de café riche et parfaitement équilibré. Nous l’utilisons principalement pour préparer des Espresso Martini, et le résultat est vraiment bluffant : en suivant la recette classique (avec une petite modification — 10 ml de Kahlúa en plus et 10 ml de vodka en moins), notre cocktail maison est même meilleur que plusieurs que nous avons goûtés dans différents établissements. Un indispensable à avoir sous la main pour les amateurs de café et de bons cocktails !
