Hard to say if they are doing anything but great quality.

Due to external toxins, my blood is deficient in iron and all b vitamins. Drs wanted me to take folic acid but as that's a synthetic I opted to buy this. Along with b complex and iron. Seems to be of good quality..organic and natural. I'd recommend

Folic acid is a big need, we don’t always get enough in our diet. This supplement is a decent value, is easy enough to swallow, and there have been no adverse effects. The smell is that awful vitamin and supplement store smell. My partner has no problem with it but I can taste it before, during, and after swallowing. If I noticed an improvement after a month, I’d buy again.

The capsules don't contain magnesium stearate. It is so difficult to find supplements without magnesium stearate. Good for them! I have trusted Natures Plus for many years now and will continue to purchase their excellent supplements.
