Best joint supplement
I have been using this supplement for 26 years. I have tried many other joint combinations s but always come back to this one and is the only one that works for me. Relieves my hip back knee and shoulder pain and keeps me from feeling stiff. Great ingredients that work together . I wouldn't be without it.

Been taking this for years
My chiropractor recommended this for 'creaky' knees. When I stop taking it, knees hurt and the joint cracks... so I continue to take it. Pain free, still working out without a problem. Great product!

Have been using this product for years.
My left knee hurts a lot at times, probably due to deteriorated knee cartilage. You need to take dosage according to your weight. It doesn't give complete relief but if you quit taking them for a period of time my pain seems to be worse. It may day 2 to 3 weeks of taking this product before you feel the benefits.

Great for those older joints!
My husband and I have taken this for years. If I miss a few days my knees start to hurt, so I've learned to take it daily. However, I don't take the recommended amount (which would have you running out of this REALLY fast). I take one capsule twice a day. Another thing, if you're wondering about the size, this is a large pill, but it is coated so I have no trouble getting it down. Fantastic product. It will forever be a part of my vitamin and supplement regimen!

I've taken Inholtra since 1993.
I suffered badly with RA in the early 90s. Doctors treated symptoms giving only temporary relief. I was 51 and moved like like an 80 year old man. A friend advised Inholtra. It was the only supplement of its type available at that time. Following instructions, I took two gel caps, three times a day for six weeks. It was like a miraculous cure. I have been taking Inholtra nearly 40 years at one capsule per day and won't change to any of the many similar supplements that have appeared since. I'm now 78 and feel like 50. I will take Inholtra for the rest of my life because I know it is not a cure, but it surely feels like one.
