Tip: Line up the silver portion of the batteries with the silver parts on the battery cover, which then lines up with the charging ports and it will charge.

Actually works really good and charges fairly quickly!! I'm actually surprised. We had a little trouble getting the head set to charge but it's simply a matter of moving into perfect position and tilting it to the right just a tad to make sure the port on the side has a secure connection. Make sure your batteries ate turned the correct direction in relation to the charging prongs!! We made this mistake and swore the dock didn't work lmao!!! The changing colors looks really cool. Make it look fancy. It does not take up a lot of room either. It's slim. Easy to use. Just plug in and go.

The batteries don't hold the charge for the controllers, but the main headset charges well. Like the green light to show that the items are charged.
