Perfect Pie Filling or Simple Dessert
Classic for a reason. We used this to make a pie filling and it set perfectly. The vanilla flavor is natural and it is so easy to prepare. A staple for any pantry.

Jello Brand Cook and Serve pudding is the way to go!
Who doesn’t want a warm bowl of creamy Rich vanilla pudding? This is what you get when you make cook and serve pudding. I find it difficult to find Jell-O brand cook and serve pudding in the grocery store. The grocery store sells instant pudding, which is not the same! With cook and serve you’re adding the pudding mixture to milk and then heating that over the stove, it takes about six or seven minutes to make, and you have to stir during that entire time but then it’s done and it’s warm and so yummy. It gets that skin that everybody loves. It’s also delicious if you just let it cool off and put it in the fridge and eat it at another time , when it’s cool. Sometimes when I just don’t have enough time to make a dessert for dinner guests putting the pudding in an attractive dessert bowl with some fresh whipped cream or raspberries on top makes for a dynamite dessert. Even a splash of orange liquor while cooking the pudding adds a nice little touch.

About the bananas
I use this for a quick dessert, banana cream pie BUT must be eaten the same day as the bananas get funky!
