There was not a single scratched, chipped or broken piece in the set. The colors are absolutely stunning. We hand wash them so I dont know how they stand up in dishwasher but they are perfect for the microwave. Best dish set I have bought in a long time. They also aren't quite as heavy as previous ceramic sets I've had.

I ordered a set of these and received one as a Christmas gift this year. The first set arrived in perfect condition, they are packed for shipping really well. I was very surprised when my gifted set arrived and 3 plates were broken. I sent an email that night explaining my situation. I was emailed back within the hour and received amazing customer service. They received the pictures of my broken plates and started the process to ship replacements. Within about 3 days I received a replacement set. I am extremely satisfied and impressed by the level of service. The dishes themselves are beautiful, and look stunning in my kitchen. I like the weight and thickness of the plates. I do wish the bowls were slightly deeper, but that’s a personal preference. So far I’ve had no issues with cleaning them, both in the dishwasher and by hand. They have a nice clear coat and wipe clean very easily. They don’t stack perfectly, but I kind of like the more rustic style of the plates so it doesn’t bother me, my husband disagrees. So that might be up to your preference as well. All that said I think these dishes are a great set and worth the price. I am very happy with my purchase, and extremely pleased with the customer support.

Excellent quality! These dishes are thick and should hold up long-term. They were packaged so well and I had no damaged pieces. They are beautiful and perfectly sized.

These are beautiful. I bought the light/beige-blue, (think robin's egg blue). We love the raised edges on the plates, and the bowls are perfect sizes. It's nice to be able to purchase dish sets that don't automatically come with cups/saucers. They are very sturdy and easy to clean. They might feel a bit too heavy for arthritic or frail hands.

Love how thick and good quality they are, but for some reason I believe the color is starting to come out in some parts. I wonder how long they will last. They won't heat up in the microwave like regular ceramic will. So far, they do quite well in the dishwasher. Not sure if i recommend it yet.

The plates arrived securely packed and in perfect condition. They are thick, heavy, and feel well-made. I ordered the circular teal and black 32 piece set for 8 people. The colors are deep and truly lovely. The photos don’t do them justice. Due to thickness, they do take up a significant amount of space in the cupboard, but it was easy to rearrange things to fit them in. They are microwave and dishwasher safe and work well. Overall, I feel this product offers great value for the price and I am happy with my purchase. Highly recommend!

Nice heft. Perfect size. Includes pasta bowls! Great value for your money. Nice and thick. Won't transfer heat and steam to your wood table. Easy clean, easy use. Perfect shape. I like the grooves in the plates and bowls.
