What a great EMF reader, I got this as often wonder how much electro magnetic radiation is being leached into my house from the 100s of electrical devices we have dotted around the place, was quite impressed to find out the thing I was most worried about (the router) actually didn't leak as much EMF radiation as I had expected, in fact almost stayed in the blue screen. But not quite.However another device from a very famous online shopping brand was CRAZY Red, that's the colour the screen goes when the reader picks up EMF Radiation.It's interesting to see how many devices actually give off so much, compared with others. A very lightweight and easy to use device, The screen stays a nice easy to read black on green when no readings, and then changes to an angry black on red you have now reached defcon 1 level of craziness when it picks up any EMF radiation. Wonder if my life would have been better being blissfully unaware that I am slowing turning into a green comic book monster with all of the radiation in my house. The kids can use this to go ghost hunting too, so will be finding all sorts of ghouls and ghosts too soon.

This could be human error guys but when compared to emf reader my friend borrowed from work, it old but a trusted brand. The trusted brand gave us the same reading each time where as this sometimes varies. We have to turn it off and start from scratch and not just reset it or get a continuous reading each time. In all honesty it’s been sat in the box since.

I have literally only just received this. I requested it as I wanted to test something which does not involve hunting ghosts. I initially charged it up to full and switched it on in my computer room, with 2 computers 3 monitors, web cams etc, and all was well. The screen is easy to read and you can change settings like automatic power off, the beep, the backlight, holding the reading and reading the temperature by short or long presses of the 3 buttons on the front. I then went out into my back garden and this device lit up like a Christmas tree, screen flashing red and showing danger and beeping all over the place. This is what I wanted to test as we have high tension power lines going across our garden and when I went out there a few months ago to install an outside light, I used a Fluke Volt stick, which is a non contact voltage detector to check I had turned the correct fuse off and to my surprise the volt stick lit up showing a voltage when I just held it above my head which I thought was a bit odd and this device seems to confirm something is a bit off. What the numbers mean I do not know yet and will have to investigate further to see if there really is any danger, although if there is I'm not sure what I can do about it apart from move, or clad the house in tin foil. In some ways I wish I had not requested this, but 5 stars as it seems to work and detects something. How good it is at detecting our departed I do not know, maybe someone else can tell you that, all I know is this has spooked me a bit. I hope you found this review helpful.

If you're interested in EMF levels in your home this is a handy device. I tested the area where I sleep to make sure it has low EMF levels, and tested how the levels change as you go nearer all sorts of electrical devices. It was reassuring and gave me peace of mind to see that the spots where I spend a lot of time in are at zero EMF levels. Any spot that is high EMF I can change the layout of my electrical equipment to minimize the EMF levels to help reduce my exposure. So this device is really handy in trying to set up a low EMF setting for my lifestyle. The device is small and lightweight. It's very easy and intuitive to use: It gives both electric field reading (EF-measure) and magnetic field readings (MF measure). The screen lights up red when levels shown are high. If an area is such that you can fit your hand and device into an area but can't see the reading, there is a "hold" button to capture the reading from the hard-to-read spot and then read it after you've brought it back into view. As a handy extra, it also has a thermometer and humidity meter build into this.

I have been after one of these bad boys ever since I watched Ghostbusters in the 80’s so when I finally got my hands on this it felt like a dream come true. It’s got all the bells and whistles—measuring electromagnetic fields, electric fields, and even temperature. Sure, I mostly got it for the fun of ghost hunting, but it’s actually been pretty useful for checking out EMF levels around the house too. The display is clear, making it easy to read, and being USB rechargeable means I don’t have to worry about stocking up on batteries. I’ve been testing it everywhere—from the bedroom to the cats bed—and yes, I might have taken it to a few “haunted” places just to see if there’s anything lurking about. No confirmed ghosts yet, but it’s definitely made checking the house more interesting. It’s lightweight, easy to carry, and it’s definitely brought out the kid in me. If you’ve got a soft spot for nostalgia or just want a fun, practical tool, this EMF meter is a great pick. And who knows, maybe one day I’ll actually catch a ghost on the reader—who ya gonna call then? Highly recommended!

Seems cheap. Unsure how accurate it is, but seems to be a hit and miss when trying take readings.

the valve diaphragm is broken, solenoid are still working, with 0.2 amp of ac current, the detector beep within 6 inches, not much effort to find the hidden valve, better than expected. not very helpful at finding the wire to the valve, read around 0.15-0.3 on the detector.

Easy to us and read.

For the price it's hard to beat. It works, it's inexpensive, my favorite combination. Not to fancy but gets the job done, and didn't cost me a bunch to be used a few times.

Not a good quality. Gives a variety of different readings for the same object.
