This was a good idea to prevent dust from building up at the charging port. It doesn't impact the volume from the speaker which is the best part of it being covered.

Works great for keeping the daily lint out of those tiny holes. Just make sure you put it on the right way the first time.

I work at a body shop where sometimes I have to keep my phone away from me to keep it safe. However with that being said I had my iPhone 13 Pro Max fill more than once in the speaker and mic holes with dust and it affected my mic and voice quality substantially. Now I upgraded to the 16 pro max and added these dust shields as a means to protect my mic and speakers from the dust at work. So far it’s kept all the dust off and hasn’t had any form or clogged the screen like it does on the factory phones. My dad has an iPhone 15 pro max and it works on his too. The 16pro max the 15 pro max and the 13 pro max appear to have the same layout at the bottom. I’d recommend feeding the charger through the screen plugging it in and using the plugged in cord as a guide when installing

This strip is a unique idea for covering the mic to prevent dust from getting in. The stickiness is strong the price is reasonable and it is easy to install but the fit for the iPhone 16 Pro Max is not accurate. If the strip is aligned correctly to not cover the plug area one of the vents remained uncovered. If you try covering the vents, you cover the plug area, which is a problem.

When I had an iPhone 12 Pro Max, the speakers got clogged with dust and I couldn’t fix it. I had to use AirPods for every conversation. For this new phone, I wanted to avoid that. These did the job- very easy to apply, but professional good quality. They’re not going to fall off- the adhesive works really well. I will be buying again.

I like it. I had to play with it a few times to get it to line up properly other than that. I def like it.

5/4/25 So this just arrived in the last 30mins and I’ve just had the chance to open, inspect and install one. Everything looks as it should, it fits right and is as pictured. Should be great. I do use an otterbox cover so popping off should not be an issue being it’s down in the case/cover. Will update this if I find/learn anything else later.

It has so many scratches, easy to install. It was pretty expensive quality wires was pretty bad was OK but hard to put on in the past month. I reuse two of them. I don’t know. I don’t think I’ll buy it again.
