I was sceptical on what this could do for me, but I have felt an immediate impact. These nootropics are part of my overall health change which started this year, shifting away from refined sugars, carbs etc. My next area of focus is to reduce coffee. I haven't been able to get the coffee out of my life and perhaps I won't but what I have found is that I don't have the same amount of brain fog that I used to feel in the morning and afternoon. What this means is that I feel I can focus on work and get lots more done during the day. It's not as if you are on some sort of drug. It's just consistent alertness. I think the real way to figure this out is when you take this out of your system, which is what I did over the weekend (and when I needed to work!) - and I certainly felt less focussed. Not drastically, but noticeably. I would recommend this to anyone trying to biohack themselves to be their better self.

I couldn't recommend this product enough! It makes me feel energised without the regular caffeine- crash a few hours later. I've been taking it regularly for a month and I've really noticed a big change in my concentration capacity. In terms of alertness, I've also noticed a difference. Don't get me wrong, it definitely is not an energy drink or a triple espresso but if it was, it would be missing its point! I like how it's all about both improving your mental capacity and long-term brain health. I've done my research and all the ingredients are scientifically proven to work, which is another great thing about this supplement. There are too many "magical pills" out there that claim they will make you feel great but either have no science behind it or have a negative impact on your health long term. Will definitely but this product again!

I was a bit dubious about taking these at first, however after a few days I did start to notice I was more alert and was staying up later. It’s always difficult to know whether it’s ok to mess with the natural rhythm of your body but during certain times it’s ok (exam season) I won’t take them religiously only when I feel I need them

No difference at all. I started taking 2 per day for a week and it had no effect so went to 4 per day and still no difference. I really don't think these work as I've been using now for 3 weeks with no effect.

As someone very familiar with vitamins, supplements & nootropics, I’m a big fan of these. The innovative and extensive formulation covers all the bases. It’s more than just a vitamin or nootropic as it provides a high concentration of energy supporting vitamins and minerals whilst also adding a bunch of nootropics. Great value, quality and most importantly efficacy! Don’t get me wrong, you’re not going to take this and suddenly feel like Superman. But, if you want to support and promote your body’s energy production and feel the benefits then this is a must buy! This has really helped me tackle lockdown related fatigue.

Having read other reviews I thought I'd try this as a cheaper alternative to Mind Lab Pro, but it simply fails to deliver. It's ineffectual, and whilst MLP is MUCH more expensive it's a thousand times better, so one gets what one pays for! I won't be ordering this again unfortunately.

Working busy weeks sometimes up to 7 days, I am heavily reliant on coffee to get me through the day. For the last 2 weeks I’ve been taking MN Power up and I am starting to see a difference. I am definitely noticing a difference with the amount of work that I am able to clear between breakfast and lunch; not only this I am maintaining focus throughout the day in to the evening. Though I still reach for a coffee in the afternoon, I’ve scaled back from about 5 cups a day to 1. Think I’ve found a magic pill! I would recommend this to anyone who wishes to make a small change to their daily routine.It's not a cure for tiredness, you'll need to implement other changes to help that, but it will definitely help with focus.

Bought this for my husband who is a busy entrepreneur and cannot always take time to rest/ eat well, so was feeling worn down and rough. Within a couple days we both noticed his mood improve, he regained a spring in his step and had lots more energy. We couldn't quite believe it was down to the capsules but nothing else had changed so we concluded it must have been. While when I took them it didn't have quite the same effect, I did feel the brain fog lift a little which was a welcome feeling for a mother of a 3 month old baby! I also use MN's other products and love them for their honest, natural ingredients that enhance our body's natural resources rather than blast them with chemicals.
