The product is wonderful not as tired in the gym. The only downside, I can’t seem to ever get it to seal properly after using it, which of your like me and keep everything in your vehicle it just keeps leaking everywhere. All in all it does what it says though.

I add this to my diet and workout routine and shred fat quick. Drink a dose daily before heading to work and I feel like it truly helps. Seems to get the guts moving a bit which is a bonus in my opinion. Taste isn’t horrible and it seems to suppress the munchies, as I’m a snacker. I’ve not mixed it with anything, but I’m sure it would be decent in a smoothie or something. With everything on the market, I think it’s worth a try!
