Their website totally lies.What a piece of crap.Gave it one star because it looks like a phone and that is all. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars I shut it down to let it cool and recharge *by B***B on Reviewed in the United States on May 19, 2018* After charging the phone for the required 8 hrs and getting the sim card in and the phone programmed, I see that I have no phone or data service unless I go outside and lay the phone down on a railing to keep it still just to get a 3g signal. I got 2-3 bars of signal from my old phone as does other phones inside my home.Then, I'm installing my modest 10 or so apps and the screen just faaaaades away to white! I noticed the phone was quite warm, not hot, so noting also that the charge was already down to almost half after about 30 minutes of use, I shut it down to let it cool and recharge. Later, I restart and continue to install my apps. Again, after about 20 mins. of casually doing this the screen fades away again and the charge was down by about a quarter!
