No. The 1oz gold maple is 30mm. This is 38mm for the silver oz.

Will a 1 ounce silver Krugerrand fit in these

The krugerands are almost 39mm. The tube meant to fit eagles would be better.

Does no one make a direct fit for maple leafs? it’s 3.29 thick all the cases i see are to thin or to big?

This coin is a little thicker than what the Air-Tite brand H38 Direct Fit capsule will close completely for. The H38 capsule will almost close and since it is such a tight fit, the fit has been acceptable with most customers. You would only get 19 of these capsules in a storage tube, however.
