I have stomach problem where I don't digest foods as well. This really helps with my stomach pain, stomach bloating. I have ordered this product many times. I have been using it for over a year. If im taking medication that messes with my digestive, I take this. I would recommend for some people to maybe take it with some food. As for myself, and being an herbologist, I can take this on an empty stomach.

No clue but this is actually really effective. It changed my stomach area completely. I bloat a lot and typically it’s after drinking or eating. Or even when I’m hungry. So this light on the stomach and perfect to fight off those gassy urges.

I thought it would not be as good as using gas-x. but I want to try this product out and it works wonderful. It helped my bloating and gas problem immediately. They recommended to take it daily. But it is so expensive. I wish the price would drop in the future to be able to use long term.

This is not a magic pill, and it will take some time for you to start seeing results if you take it regularly. • Who should buy this, and who should skip it?- People who suffer from bloating after every time they eat something that does not agree with them. If you do not have bloating or extreme bloating, then you really do not need this, but it can still help with discomfort. 2. Specs vs. Reality • Materials: The material is made of a gel, and it will go down easily. I will say that they are also standard in size to a regular multivitamin, so if you have trouble swallowing pills, then make sure you drink water to help it go down smoothly. It has a clear coating, so when it is wet, it makes it more slippery. I would also not worry too much about the taste because it really does not have any strong type. But you may have an "herbal" aftertaste, but again, no biggie. 3. Practical use • I use 1 pill in the morning,g and it works fine throughout the day. I take it with food, and it has no problem digesting with them. • What surprised me was that there were no serious side effects from taking this pill. The only one I can think of is the aftertaste. 4. Didn’t work for me even a little bit

I have a very sensitive tummy. I have taken probitics for over 10 years. But started to think I should add a prebotic as well. I been it fir 3 weeks and seeing improvement in my digestion and less burping. It does make alittle more gasy at times.
