This is the best plasteline used by the pros.
This is the best brand of Plasteline clay. It's firm and makes it easy to get fine details. I only wish the color were better - why don't they make this clay in an earthy umber brown tone instead of this plastic-y looking pinkish red? I know it doesn't really matter, but it bugs me.

Not the best for melting down however is plyable to a sculpt and works to a certain point

Great for warm climates
This clay is superb. I live in Miami and don't air condition my place while I'm at work. My sculptures hold true even on the hottest days. I warm it in my oven when I want to shape it but leave it cool for finer detail work.

This is great but too expensive here.
I use this clay everyday. It is an excellent professional modeling clay but it's too expensive here, fiberglast.com sells it cheaper.
