I need this in a larger bottle. It's expensive but worth it. Easy to swallow. Good quality ingredients. Health benefits were noticeable after two weeks, as certain problems with my skin that I thought were just from "getting old" went away, and my overall mood improved as well. I have more energy and I recover faster from exercise. I hope that if I continue to take these I will continue to see benefits.

Worth the money just to take regularly
I got my gallbladder removed and I started taking these because it was recommended and honestly they are perfect. They don’t taste like anything which is good. They’re easy to take doesn’t have much sugar in it and it doesn’t make my stomach upset. I think it’s worth the money.

Easy, yet slightly under powered
I normally take the individual vitamins included in this. If you don't like to take multiple pills, this okay alternative. I bought this for my spouse that fits this category. If you eat plenty of greens and meats this product can help fill some the gaps. These are fat soluble vitamins and stay in body longer and can build up over time. That is main reason I take them individually. This product is fine if you're not a health "fanatic" like me :D When taking supplements you should consider what is the length of time and dose that it will take to notice results. Often it may take 30 to 90 days for supplementation to change functions within your body, the research is available. It's to you to understand your body and your choices.
