Comfortable and sturdy for a great price. I've used it with a pulley system and attached a 45 pound weight with zero problems at all. I wouldn't recommend using that much weight for traction but it can support it. I will say that it's a tight fit if you have a big head, but I got my giant noggin in it so I'm sure most people could fit without issue.

I was able to give the stars I would. I bought this to decompress my neck and spine. The day it arrived I put it on a pull-up bar, strapped in and it broke! Poorly constructed do not recommend, but must say nicely design and comfortable. But a waste of money.
