Below are some things I noticed both good and not so good. I've also attached a quick video (no sound) so you can see what it looks like and what I found.I have only used my carrier a few times using the small handles on the sides of the bag. I needed to switch to the large shoulder strap while I was at a store. When I switched to the large shoulder strap the carrier, with my puppy in it, fell to the ground. One of the metal clip ends was broken, it completely fell off. I've tried to place it back in but it isn't secure when using the strap, it falls right back out like there is no hold. I do really like the bag and all the features but this is a problem.The not so good (but not a deal breaker)- I found a spot were the brown leather had been scratched or torn off. This must have happened before packaging and shipment since it came in a bag when I opened the box.- The bag handles seem uneven, so it tilts/leans slightly when you hold it by the handles. Not sure if it does this due to its packaging and will be better after some use.- The metal clip is broken on the shoulder strapThe good- The side straps are thick and secure, good quality- The top of the bag has a cover that will cover the mesh top and clips shut with a magnet when rolled up- The clips on the zippers are plastic, but still a really nice feature- The breathable nylon mesh on the 3 sides and top are very well done and secure- The inside bottom is removable for washing if needed and has a hard bottom so is doesn't dip- The side pocket has enough room for toys, treats, and leash- There is a D-ring inside for leash attaching. It is located on the right side of the bag (opposite side from the pocket) (does show in the video)- It is sturdy and wont collapse on your pet or fold over while traveling ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best dog carrier!! *by M***E on March 22, 2018* The best dog carrier I have ever seen! Very durable. This carrier have made to make dog’s owner more convenient. Not only the crossbody strap, but also the pockets for the owner to put the stuff in the bag. The dog’s bed is really soft and puffy.
