Our spike nails can be used if the spikes that are being removed are suitable for: - All-round spikes: For youth multisports races involving sprinting, running and jumping disciplines, preparation for sports college entry tests. - Sprint distance: up to 400 m. - Medium distance: up to 1,500 m. - Long distance: up to 10,000 m. - Jumping: High jump, long jump. - Throwing and putting disciplines: long throw, shot put. - Cross-country and trail running:  On ice: 6 mm / 9 mm.  On snow: 9 mm / 12 mm / 15 mm.  On mud / cross-country: 12 mm / 15 mm.   Thread suitable for almost all well-known types of athletics spikes.
