I used a pie tin as suggested by another customer. I don’t have a bread maker so I did by hand. The instructions are clear, and you don’t need a lot of kneading which was my concern. (Have arthritis issues) when the dough is left in a warm place it doubles in size and the cooking time is spot on. It comes out quite flat (which is more to do with the tin!) but tastes excellent. Next time I’m going to add more seeds and put seeds on top. Definitely worth the effort.Good next day toasted too.
