Enriched Bread Flour, Unbleached, 5 Lb (Pack of 2)

The quality of this flower is excellent. I have bought other flowers, bread flowers, and they don’t work quite as well. This is sifted quite fine. The quality and versatility you can make any kind of bread or rolls or even cake cake. The taste is wonderful. I do like to bake bread bread at least once a week and the flower I use works out really well. It’s also very reasonably priced much less than flower you buy in the grocery store or even Walmart I think if you bake, you will really like this flower I keep it on hand at all times I don’t like running out just in case the baking urge hits me and you bakers out there. Know what I mean lol

This is very good flour, I use it in my bread machine. For best results weigh your ingredients, especially the flour.

I love this bread flour. It is just as good as king Arthur. I actually compared two different breads made, and there was no real difference. I use this for pizza dough and many breads. I used this all last winter, and will continue to use it. Biggest problem is availability. Sometimes it's in stock, sometimes it's not, sometimes it takes over a month to get, sometimes next day. Overall, it's great for the price.

The flour is of good quality and makes excellent bread. The low price is phenomenal for a home baker.

I buy this bread flour because it is a quality product and because it's less expensive than in the grocery store. I don't really much care whose name is on the package as long as it's functional
