DIY Recork Kit!
Great kit! My first time recorking a clarinet, and this kit had lmost everything I needed except sand paper/grits. So far so good, clarinet plays great! You need to be patient and watch some YT recorking videos, and take your time with repair. I felt the cork strip thickness was a little thick, and could be a little less thick, so less sanding, pretty much my only complaint.

Works well, and excellent value.
Excellent product, worked great had more than enough to redo a complete setup of a clarinet with enough to do another. You may want to use another contact cement to insure adhesion and follow instructions and you will get professional results. Take your time and watch your sanding and dry fit as you go so you do not remove too much cork material. Definitely a good value

Decent Cork Replacement "Kit". BUT the Glue Container Failed
A decent cork replacement "kit". The strip of high quality cork is exactly the right length with only the width needing to be cut correctly. Price point is fair and the "kit" is pretty straight forward and intuitive. I DO have a complaint about the contact cement's container though. While I was trying to GENTLY squeeze out the glue, I noticed that only a tiny amount was coming out the tip until I looked down into my lap. The bottom of the glue container had split open and all the cement was on my nice new $40 camo pants! It was a NASTY mess, is extremely difficult to remove from skin and impossible to remove from fabric. It's only pure luck it didn't leak all over my wife's Bb Buffet R13 or I'd be filing a lawsuit. IF you buy this "kit", be aware and cautious when using the cheap container for the contact cement.

Very thick cork but nice otherwise. Plan on sanding these down or won't work.
This cork is very thick so plan to do sufficient amount of sanding down tor these to replace cork on your clarinet. Otherwise I am happy with them. They didn't crack even if I didn't soak them in water for 5 min and dry, as the package says.

Nice little kit
The cork sheets are good quality. Note they are a bit too thick. But I assume this is by design so they can be reduced for the right custom fit. I imagine it will take days to hand sand down. So I used a Dremel tool with fine sandpaper cuff, at a medium speed, to shape the cork to perfect fit.

Easy and looks professional
This project to re-cork my son's clarinet was straight forward and easy to use. We live in a rural area and there are no music repair options anywhere near us, so diy is kind of a necessity. I've never done anything like this but with a quick YouTube tutorial (there are several to choose from, so find one you like). This is an inexpensive and easy way to restore the look and snug up the connections on your clarinet.

Cheap, cork is too thick, vague directions in bad English, glue tube exploded
As soon as I tried to use the glue, it exploded in the back and more or less ruined a pair of pants of mine. The directions are very vague and in bad English, there is no indication of how long to bake the cork with the glue on it. They give you one cheap shoelace to tie the cork, which is really not the right way to fully secure a clarinet cork, it's hard to keep level and then the lace will stick to the glue that comes out of the part where the corks meet. The cork is way too thick and makes it very easy to break or rip the cork while sanding. They ask you to bevel the sides of the cork which takes some pretty high quality work with a razorblade. I do NOT recommend this product. Look up a YouTube video and get the items independently.

First cork job
So my kid plays clarinet and the cork went bad. I watched a bunch of videos before I attempted this. In all the videos nobody soaks the cork in water. So I tried 2 times without soaking it and it ripped. 3rd try I soaked it and it worked just fine. I didn't use the glue it came with used name brand contact glue. I had to do a lot of sanding to get it to fit. I just went slow and kept checking the fitment. Over all it saved me a bit of money and wasn't that hard to do. They give you a lot of cork I only used not even one sheet. I would recommend this product.

Practice makes perfect.
All components of the kit are very high quality. Remember to soak the cork in water for 5 minutes or more to make it supple enough to bend easily. Also, measure the width required before you cut. Not all instruments are the same. You can do this! Great value kit!

Useless Product
Useless. Glue doesn't hold. Cork is cheap quality.
