Highly satisfied after 6 months of daily use I’ve been using the Cookwell Cold Press Slow Juicer for the past 6 months, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best kitchen investments I’ve made. The cold press technology really makes a difference — the juice tastes fresher, more natural, and doesn’t separate quickly like it used to with my old centrifugal juicer. I mainly use it for carrot, beetroot, apple, celery, and leafy greens, and the juice yield is excellent with very dry pulp. What I love most is how quiet and smooth the machine is. Early morning juicing doesn’t disturb anyone at home. Cleaning is also surprisingly easy — once you get used to it, it barely takes 3–4 minutes. Build quality feels solid and premium, and even after 6 months of frequent use, there’s no drop in performance. It handles hard fruits and vegetables very well without overheating. Overall, it’s perfect for anyone serious about health, fresh juices, and long-term durability. Totally worth the money if you’re looking for a reliable cold press juicer. Highly recommended 👍

The juicer is of good quality and build is solid. Operation is quite easy .Cut fruits are put inside and the juicer makes a good squeeze , maxmum juice output is available for use. Quite compact and light weight. Easy to wash. Value for money.

This juicer is truly impressive. It produces smooth, fine juice with excellent extraction quality. The wastage is very minimal, which clearly shows how efficient the machine is. You can even test this by putting the pulp back in again, and it yields almost no extra juice, proving that the extraction is highly effective in the first cycle itself. What impressed me even more was the after-sales service. I had some doubts initially, especially about the free pickup and drop support, but the experience was excellent. When I faced a setup issue a few months after purchase, their team picked up the juicer directly from my home, fixed the problem properly, and returned it in almost brand-new condition. The entire process was very convenient and professional, and I did not have to leave my house even once. Overall, this is a great product backed by reliable and customer-friendly service. From day one, the product has been leaking. I immediately contacted their WhatsApp support, and although they suggested multiple solutions, nothing worked. As an engineer, I understand how this mechanism functions, and it is quite clear that the product itself is defective. However, they refused to acknowledge this, which is extremely frustrating. To make things worse, today the strainer also broke. This is completely unacceptable for a product priced at ₹7000. The customer support experience has been very poor. When I tried to return the product through Amazon, the process was unnecessarily complicated and confusing. The return or replacement option is not clearly accessible, and the app keeps looping without providing a proper solution. This makes it very difficult for customers to resolve genuine issues. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience — poor product quality and even worse support. If this issue is not resolved, I am prepared to escalate this to the consumer court so that future customers don’t face the same problem.

As the product was very reasonably priced, I was initially a bit skeptical about its performance. However, considering it had a 500W motor, I decided to take a chance. It was delivered in secure packaging and is very sturdily built — from the auger to the base and accessories — especially for its price range. It was easy to set up and has been extracting an impressive amount of juice, even from hard vegetables like beetroot. I can confidently say it has exceeded my expectations. After about 1.5 years of use, I encountered a minor issue. The customer care team handled it seamlessly — first through prompt telephonic support, followed by timely pick-up and return service. I would strongly recommend this product not only for its quality and performance but also for its excellent after-sales support — all at a very reasonable price.

Best decision. This is the second juicer I bought because my first one (different model, different company) started to jam up. I was looking for a masticating/cold press juicer and what helped me decide were all the customer comments about Cookwell’s great customer service. Given my experience with my last juicer this was very important to me. About 4 months of using this juicer daily, it started to leak at the base. I reached out to customer support and they sent me a replacement part. It took time with postage and testing and them having to keep sending different parts but eventually they sent me ALL new parts because the problem wasn’t getting resolved. After receiving all new replacement parts the problem wasn’t finally fixed. It would have saved a lot of time if they had just sent all new parts the first time and they should also consider the possibility of replacing the entire machine. They seemed reluctant to do that but sometimes that is the right solution. Either way I am happy the leakage has stopped and overall I am very happy with this juicer. I now juice twice a day. If you’re on the fence about buying a juicer or this juicer in particular, don’t hesitate. Juicing is the best thing I have done for my health and the cookwell juicer has been a very good choice.
