I bought this for my mom. She love it . The perfect size and love that she can hide it away. perfect for sewing. It looks like the picture and easy to assemble.

- ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: Although the assembly instructions are JUST pictures (and not with a lot of detail), there is a QR code that brings you to a video where you can watch the complete assembly. The video could be a little slower and show more detail, but when used in combination with the written instructions, it worked. - EASE OF ASSEMBLY: This is primarily why I gave it a 4 rather than 5. In hindsight it really wasn't difficult to assemble, but it took a lot of extra time trying to coordinate the video with the written instructions (pictures), and in some cases (such as installing drawer hardware), some trial & error. - When completed, it's an attractive and well-built piece of furniture that was worth the effort. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Is excellent! My first concern was that a box arrived that said "Box 2 of 2 - Don't open until both boxes arrive." I assumed both would have come on the same day so I contacted customer service via Amazon and they were very responsive; assuring me the 2nd box would come within another day or two - which it did. - When I finished the project, I thought two small pieces were missing so I again contacted customer service. They responded promptly and asked for a couple of days to contact the factory. As it worked out, I found the parts when I was breaking down the boxes - they were stuck inside the styrofoam, so I let them know. I did appreciate how quickly they responded. Overall, I would buy this again if my wife needed yet another sewing desk.

This sewing table is exactly what I was looking for! It’s large enough to work comfortably, but still compact enough to fit neatly in my space. It was easy to build, looks super stylish, and really pulls my craft area together. We did have one piece that arrived slightly bent, but customer service was amazing — they went out of their way to help us get a replacement part quickly. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the product and the support!

Love love love this desk! Fits perfectly in guest bedroom and completely folds up to neat and tidy area when not in use.

This is a nice starter sewing table. The swing out part needs a bit more support on the back side. Maybe a swing down leg would work well. As long as you are not putting a lot of weight or pressing down on it, your fine

This company was very professional in handling my complaint. They have already issued a refund to me. Just be aware if you are ordering this cabinet for a sewing cabinet, it does not hold regular thread. Update: they contacted me and offered me some money to find replacement holders. They were very responsive. I haven't actually received any refund....yet...but stay tuned. My husband spent hours putting this together. I loved it UNTIL I went to put my spools of thread on the holders. THE WOODEN HOLDERS ARE TOO LARGE TO PUT REGULAR THREAD ON THEM. I am so disappointed. The picture shows regular thread on them. They are useless.

Got this a Christmas gift for wife, she says the wheels are lacking, making it hard to move around.

Where to begin. I purchased this product because it not only appeared to be good looking, it also met all the weight supporting needs for the equipment, which is something many don't take into consideration. It was also to be a Christmas Gift. During the packing process, a certain part was inadvertantly left out. As it came to be, the company was out of those parts and would not have more for at least 30 days. OOOPS! But . . . BUT!!! they jumped into action and without hesitation offered to ship out a new one that was complete and in tact. It's a fact that mistakes can happen with manufacturing, but it's all about the after market service that really makes the difference. I'd buy this product from this company any day of the week and never think twice just because of their overwhelming understanding and support. As such the new parts will be delivered by Tuesday in time for Christmas.

Threadholders don’t hold regular spools of thread. Otherwise easy to assemble and fit and finish is good.

I have a place for everythingI am still waiting on package 1. I got package 2 like 2 weeks ago but package 1 was not shipped. So I am very upset over this.

The whole table is flimsy. Spools of thread do not fit on the wooden dowels in the door as they’re meant too. Would not recommend.

I’ve only received Box 2 of 2. There are no stickers labeling 1,3,4,5 &7 of JV 11550US-22WH I DIDN'T RECEIVE Box 1 which has all the hardware. JV11550US-11WH
