It seems sturdy but this is just week one. I had a similar one but from another brand that stripped within 1 year. Let’s see if this one does the same.

I struggle between 4 and 3 stars, because I actually love this case. It fits perfectly and seems to keep my phone safe. Not only that, but it matches my phone color perfectly. And the swivel grip is amazing/useful. HOWEVER, I just repurchased this case, bc the grip/kickstand broke off yesterday. I couldn’t believe it. Because this grip seems really sturdy and is metal. It has never seemed like this case is flimsy in any way. So I was shocked. And in any other way, I truly love this case. I have only had the original case for 7.5-8 months? So I was truly surprised. And it wasn’t like it was showing wear or anything, just picked it up, and the grip was sitting on the counter. But, I still love the style, protection, grip 360 rotation, Color (if you have the rose gold, this is the case MADE exclusively for your phone, it looks stunning), and everything about this case. So I decided to buy another. And hoping the first one was just a dud? I really do like it, I just wished it lasted longer than the 8 months. But it isn’t that super expensive, and I have bought other cases from this brand for other members of my family. So we have liked all their cases. And they have all worked well, and protected the phones from the occasional drop. I do recommend using a screen protector though. Which I think at this point in 2026 everyone probably knows that by now. 😉 So even though the first one broke, I do think it was still worth the purchase, and obviously I bought it again. 😬 I’ll come back if I regret it, and I’ll let yall know if it was a mistake! But I really don’t think it is. Hope this helps someone!

I really like this phone case, I like it so much that I’ve purchased it twice. The problem is that after six months the handle breaks off. I thought it was just the first case and I decided I’d try a second case, but nope, did the same thing. *Update…since my review the company reached out, almost immediately, and asked me about the issue I had with the handle popping off. They then not only refunded me for the case but also offered a replacement. I’ve written several reviews throughout the years but this was the first time a company has actually reached out and made things right. My experience with the case does not seem to be common based on other reviews and I would still recommend the case, especially given the quality of customer service, which is so rare anymore. While I can’t give the case 5 stars given the problem, I did upgrade from 2 to 4 stars because the company reached out and made things right.
