Perfect Fit!!!
Perfect OEM replacement part for anyone developing that nagging "clicking" sound in your Ford Expedition (mine is a 2010), resulting from the blend door actuator going bad. The actual repair itself was relatively easy - the rear bolt was a little challenging and tight to work with, (nothing to do with the part itself) but all in all, I'm very satisfied with the quality of this replacement part. Customer service was EXCELLENT!!! They walked me through in ensuring I got the right part and I ended up spending a few dollars extra from this vendor but, I'd rather spend $3.00 with a good vendor than go cheap and play the return game and expense. Bottom line, no more annoying clicking in my dashboard and my A/C and heat is working perfectly. Compare the 20 bucks spent on this part, an hour to install, to an $800 dealership repair and I'm one happy camper!

Now I have air out of the vents
When my factory unit gave up I had no air ,on vents , floor ,defrost nothing , so easy to install I thought this is not normal ,5mins start to finish , just like changing your cabin filter . and no need to pull fuses like some videos show , and now no more click click sound on start up , and that is when I should have changed mine before it quit in the middle between outside and inside air , and very quick delivery as always ,jimmie

Perfect fit for my 2013 Explorer
Perfect fit for my 2013 explorer. It definitely saved me the 500+ dollars that a dealer would charge. It took time to install, one for not having the right tools on my part. The second part for the difficulty was because of Ford's stupid placement, not the company making this product. Check the web for location, and for the needed tools. 2 months using it so far using the heater, not getting cold air blown to my wife's face. So far it's working great. No more noise. Recommend this if you are getting cold air when heat is on, or if making noise which means it's about to fail soon.
